Q: Are your poultry products safe of avian flu?
A: All of our products are rigorously tested to ensure that they are free of any diseases and bacteria. All raw materials are tested prior to the manufacturing process. Once they gain approval, materials are processed in extremely sanitary conditions. The meat is then smoked at over 185 F for over 10 hours.
